Will this program really help me avoid divorce?
While we can’t guarantee you’ll never experience hard times, or maybe even a divorce, this course can help you lower your odds.
- Younger people in the U.S. who are marrying for the first time face roughly a 40-50% chance of divorcing in their lifetime under current trends.
- The divorce rates are even higher for those entering their second or third marriages.
- Many divorces occur because couples have never learned the skills and principles associated with successful relationships.
- Premarital education can put the odds in your favor and help build a stronger, more successful marriage. By simply learning some basic relationship skills, you can increase your chances of having the marriage of your dreams.
What types of improvements can I expect?
Researchers have identified lots of benefits for couples completing premarital education. While we can’t guarantee individual results, here are just a few of the benefits most couples experience:
- Lower rates of premarital break-up and divorce.
- Greater relationship satisfaction.
- Better communication, even up to 5 years later.
- Better conflict resolution.
- Lower levels of physical aggression.
